It is good to see you.
Perhaps you resonate with feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or weighed down by difficult experiences — whether from past trauma, ongoing stress, depression, or major life transitions. Many people come to me for therapy after trying for a long time to manage on their own.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on meaningful relief — not just insight, but real change. In our work together, I offer trauma processing using strategies from neuroscience, nervous system stabilization research, and bilateral stimulation to support a path forward that respects both your strength and your individuality.
The foundation for my approach is a master’s degree in psychology and advanced certifications as a Master Practitioner in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and as a Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II). Other evidence-based approaches I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Restoration Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Stabilization to help calm the nervous system and restore a sense of safety and control.
Many people come to therapy unsure of what to expect or worried opening up might feel uncomfortable. Creating a space where you feel safe and respected is very important to me. New clients often express surprise at how quickly they feel comfortable.
I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to figure it out alone — I would be honored to walk alongside you on your expedition toward wellbeing.
